OBJECTIVE

QuoteWizard came to Perform[cb] looking to increase their traffic and diversify outside of the traditional channels they had worked with over the past decade. As volume was already being consistently driven by competitors, this marketer was extremely motivated to test into new distribution channels.

APPROACH

Given other Perform[cb] marketers within the auto insurance vertical had seen success with SMS, the Perform[cb] team recommended that QuoteWizard test an SMS campaign. The team assembled the campaign using a competitive CPL pricing model. Additionally, Perform[cb] collaborated with the marketer to create a custom landing page to capture and convert leads. Initial testing proved successful as the campaign achieved individual partner KPIs, such as ROI and volume.

RESULTS

The expansion into SMS contributed to a 38% increase in revenue from Q3 to Q4 following the implementation of the CPL model and custom landing page. Quarter over quarter, leads increased by more than 44,000 in total with a 13% increase in conversion rates overall by the end of Q4.
