Ignite OPM Launches Hubble Contacts Affiliate Program
Ignite OPM extends a warm welcome to the Hubble Contacts affiliate program – get pumped!
Ben Cogan and Jesse Horwitz founded Hubble Contacts in May of 2016 by young college grads. Ben was disappointed in the rising price of his contact lenses and decided to look into the cause. Upon discovering only four major manufacturers of contact lenses, Ben and Jesse decided to make moves to change the options available to contact-wearers. Hubble Contacts worked with financial advisory firms and life sciences merchant banks to kick off their initial seed funding. These efforts soon led to a meeting with one of the big four FDA-approved contact lens manufacturers. The team found a partner in the manufacturer, St. Shine, and started production of their product.
Hubble now produces high-quality daily contact lenses that are more affordable than any other big brand in the space. The team is able to maintain low pricing by owning and managing their own supply chain. Now available in the U.S. and 30 countries around the world, Hubble has blown up. With 10 million daily contact users worldwide, Hubble’s target audience is vast and growing. At $30 per month or $1 per day, Hubble’s daily contact subscription is the cheapest option on the market.
Ignite OPM’s Digital Marketing Specialist, Hannah Ervin, has been using Hubble Contacts for over a little less than a year. “I switched optometrists and they wanted to charge me nearly $300 for a 90-day supply of daily contacts. That wasn’t realistic to me, so I looked for another option.” Hannah had seen Hubble contacts on social media and decided to give them a try. Ignite’s Senior Technical Account Manager, Lindsay Hazlett, and Media Manager, Alex Howell, are kicking off the Hubble Contacts’ launch. Lindsay says the team is looking to focus on mid and upper-funnel growth while maintaining strong compliance standards. Lindsay and Alex plan to sustain Hubble’s presence in the deal site space to remain visible near competitors. With Hubble’s fantastic promotion, a free 2-week trial being public, the brand has drawn the interest of large brand-name publishers. These include Us Weekly, Buzzfeed, and Business Insider to name a few.
