From 2014 to 2015 the Clickbooth network saw 106% growth in international revenues, with individual foreign countries seeing as much as 4x that growth rate.
On February 11, 2015, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California granted a motion made by Clickbooth that challenged the validity of Essociate’s patent (Essociate, Inc. v. Clickbooth.com, LLC, SACV 13-1886 JVS (DFMx), U.S. District Court for the Central District of California).
As an industry leader, Clickbooth understands the responsibility to not only look out for our best interests, but the interests of the entire affiliate marketing industry. That is why we chose to aggressively defend the litigation with Essociate. Essociate is a patent troll who has sued a lot of networks. When Essociate sued us, instead of looking to settle, we chose to fight.
2014 proved to be a record breaking year for Clickbooth. Our Think Bigger mentality pushed us to launch two new programs last year; No Haggle Payouts and cb:Rewards. With these programs, Clickbooth was able to do what we do best, and that is take care of our clients.
