The Interview Process

What to expect when preparing for your interview

1. First Interview

• If you are a suitable match for the position, our People Operations team will be in touch to schedule an introductory call to find out more about your experience. You will also gain insight into Perform[cb]’s culture, focus, growth areas, and overall vision.

2. Second Interview

• You will then have the opportunity to meet with your potential team lead to get a better sense of the day-to-day responsibilities, the team’s current projects, and deeper insight into the role.

3. Trial Assignment

• For some roles, we include a short task or project as part of the process. This helps us get a feel for your approach and gives you a chance to show your skills in action.

4. Additional Role-Based Interview(s)

• If you are applying for a senior role or above, you may have additional calls with members of the leadership team to discuss the broader business strategy, structure, and how your contributions will impact the larger organizational goals.

5. Reference Checks +
Potential Offer Stage

• The People Operations team will conduct interviews with your references.
• If we determine you're the right fit for our company, you’ll receive an official offer letter. Once signed, a member of our Onboarding team will reach out to you within 24 hours to begin supporting your transition into the organization.

6. Feedback + Next Steps

• In a timely manner, all candidates that are no longer being considered for the position are notified and given feedback.
