Adperio Fall ’18 Recap

The Adperio team enjoyed and savored everything the short Colorado Fall had to offer. With the Rockies becoming snowier by the hour, we’re reflecting on everything the team enjoyed while the leaves changed.

Our Fall team events kicked off with a team happy hour at Brother’s Bar and a Rockies game in September. We had so much fun cheering on our Rockies as they battled for a one-way ticket to the playoffs. The beloved Rockies may not have made the cut this year, but we’ll be back next year.

Next, the team started to feel the spooky October vibes and pulled out their sleuthing skills at Epic Escape Game! It was a race to the finish with three of our four teams making it out within the 60 minutes. We may not have all escaped, but that didn’t stop us from celebrating with happy hour at Butter.

The team broke out its best pink attire to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness. In addition to dressing in every shade of fuschia and salmon, Adperio donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to support the powerful women, and men, fighting against the disease and for a cure.  

Our Pinktober celebration coincided with our annual office-wide chili cook-off, which brought 12 crockpots and every variety of chili known to man to the Adperio kitchen. Congrats to Sydney for winning with her kickin’ extra spicy recipe!

Of course, we had to close out October and the end of Fall with a costume party and competition. Lots of skeletons were in attendance, and the onesie game was strong as ever. Who says you can’t be comfy and festive? Congrats to Morgan for winning the costume contest with her baby costume – diaper and all deserves major respect.

Coloradoan’s favorite season is upon us – it’s time to hit the mountains and shred powder! We can’t wait for what the holiday season and 2019 will bring.
