Perform^[cb] Announces New Leadership to Position Agency Team for Success

One of our core values at Perform^[cb] is that “We Trust and Support Our People”. This means that we empower our team members to make the best decisions possible and that we believe in accountability. Some people may read “accountability” and think that it solely means that folks are accountable for their mistakes… but in our eyes, it also means that folks are accountable for their successes. 

It’s with this accountability for success in mind that four of our team members at Perform^[cb] were recently promoted and joined together to form the “dream team” of Agency leadership: 

• Craig McGlynn, Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Agency 
• Angie Stockman, Vice President of Client Services
• Mandi Pinar, Director of Accounts (new to the PCB family!) 
• Quin Talaric, Director of Operations

Promoted internally to Managing Director and EVP of Agency, Craig McGlynn joined Perform^[cb] in September 2021 as the VP of Agency Sales, overseeing the Agency sales team’s inbound and outbound lead processes, and new client acquisition. Prior to joining Perform^[cb], Craig spent over a decade working in many different leadership roles across the affiliate marketing space. 

Angie Stockman, who joined Perform^[cb] in January 2021 as Director of Accounts for the Agency, was promoted to the role of Vice President of Client Services, along with Quin Talaric, previously Program Manager and a member of the Perform^[cb] team since September of 2020, promoted to Director of Operations. These women embody what it means to be a team player and are consistently keeping the Agency set for success. 

Perform^[cb] also welcomed Mandi Pinar, Director of Accounts, to the Agency family during this transition period. Mandi brings a wealth of agency experience to the team and has already hit the ground running.
