When did you join Perform^[cb]? Were there any key factors that influenced your decision to join our team? Did you have prior experience working with an affiliate agency, or was this your first step into the industry?

I joined Perform^[cb] in May of 2022. I was excited about having the ability to cultivate, mentor, and motivate an incredible team of like-minded hungry affiliate marketers!

How has Perform^[cb] helped nurture your career development thus far?

Perform^[cb] has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge of how to be a great leader by example. One of the deciding factors of PCB for me was the involvement and the care of our C-Level executives.

Who has been the most influential person within the organization for you?

This is a toss-up between two people: Angie Stockman, for obvious reasons (she’s been a mentor of mine for years before I joined PCB), and Matt Lord, who has quickly become an influential mentor for me. I really appreciate working off ideas with him to help better the advancements of Perform^[cb] as a whole.

What do you enjoy most about Perform^[cb]’s company culture?

Perform^[cb] makes up a culture of collaborators all brainstorming and strategizing together for the betterment of our clients and ultimately, our agency team!

What is your favorite part of your new role?

Being able to act as a mentor for my team!

If you could give your teenage or childhood self a piece of advice, what would it be? Why?

Short and sweet – stay focused, trust your gut, and follow your dreams!

I’m obsessed with everything pineapples. I collect figurines, home decor, clothing, you name it. It’s a weird obsession – LOL. Also, I love the movie Princess Bride way more than I should!
