Behind the Scenes at Think Bigger 2019

This past week, our Denver, Bosnia, and remote offices joined the rest of the team in sunny Sarasota, FL. The team gathered for a few days of learning, bonding, and thinking bigger at Think Bigger 2019 – all while enjoying poolside beers with the unbeatable company, of course.

Hosted at the luxurious Sarasota Modern hotel (complete with balcony bathtubs and stunning views of the bay), our Think Bigger conference kicked off with happy hour and ping pong tournaments set against the backdrop of a quintessential sunset.

Thinking Bigger, Together

The idea for Think Bigger 2019 was born out of a Colorado hike with CEO, Erin Cigich. They wanted to bring together their teams from around the world for a unique and invigorating team-building experience.

Throughout the conference, the Denver, Sarasota, and Bosnia offices melded together to form one team working for a greater purpose. The days were jam packed – from captivating keynote speakers to interactive sessions in leadership, we were constantly on the move.

The only rules were:

1. Think courageously
2. Think bigger
3. Think as One Team

Much of the event was interactive, including group exercises in leadership, breakout sessions, photo challenges, and – the fan favorite – a heated battle of team-wide ‘rock, paper, scissors.’

A Focus on Charity

Clickbooth partnered with Boards for Bros, a non-profit organization dedicated to donating gently used skateboards to children – both girls and boys – who cannot afford their own. We worked together to refurbish boards with new wheels and add some creative decor.

Aligning Our Goals

For many of our team members, this was the first time meeting employees from the other offices in person. Events like Think Bigger 2019 go beyond just learning about the industry and company. They offer opportunities to work more closely together as a team and align our goals for the coming year.

“There is no other organization in the world with the collective depth of performance marketing experience that we have here today” said Cigich, addressing the team during the event. “Our goal is to continue to invest in, empower and challenge you to grow, knowing that when you grow, we all grow together.”
